My pet isn’t vaccinated. Can they still go to boarding or daycare?
No, vaccination is crucial for safeguarding pets against viral infections. It enhances their immune system. For the well-being of all dogs, vaccination is a necessity. Once they got vaccination, we will be happy to accomodate them.
Which type of vaccine is required?
A complete vaccine, including Bordetella vaccine.
What is the youngest age at which my pet may stay?
As long as they have been fully vaccinated.
My dog does not seem to enjoy the company of other dogs. Would they still be able to play at the playground?
Certainly, please inform us if there are any difficulties with other dogs. We have a separate play area available where they can still enjoy themselves under the careful supervision of our team.
Can my dogs stay together in the same room?
Yes, however, it will depend on the size of your dog. If they are small, they can stay together, but if they are medium to large, we would not recommend them to stay in one room.
What is the charge for accommodating our dogs in a single room?
The cost will vary based on the type of room you select. Our charges are applied per dog, per night. Therefore, if you have two dogs, you will be charged for two dogs per night.
I have both a cat and a dog. Is it possible for them to stay in the same room?
We will accommodate them in separate rooms, as we have areas designated for dogs and cats. However, we can arrange for the cat and dog to interact in a neutral area, such as the lobby, under the careful supervision of our staff.
What procedures are followed during a medical emergency?
In the event of a medical emergency, we will promptly reach out to the owner to request approval for transporting the pet to the veterinarian. However, should we be unable to establish contact with the owner, we will proceed with the decision to take the pet to the veterinarian for immediate assistance, while continuing our efforts to reach the owner.
What is the duration of the dog daycare services?
The services are available from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Do you offer transfer services?
Yes, these services are available by appointment.
Is there a charge for transfer services?
The cost is dependent on the location. For the areas of Canggu, Dalung, Berawa, and Kerobokan, there is no charge. For all other areas, an additional fee will apply.
Could you please tell me the duration of the training session?
Each session will be approximately one hour long.
Would it be possible for me to leave my dog at the Bamboo Dog Hotel for training purposes?
